Children’s Personal Information Protection Rules
Updated: October 27, 2026
These rules apply to EyeScore users under 14. A parent or other guardian should read and confirm them. The responsible contact is 梁锎匀 at eyescore@163.com.
Eye control processes the child’s camera images, face and eye features, gaze, and posture on this device for calibration, scrolling, and bookmarks. Photos and video are not saved. Data is not uploaded automatically. Saved profiles can be deleted in Profiles. See Privacy Policy section 2 for their contents and retention.
A guardian explicitly agrees before first enabling eye control, with no mandatory passcode setup. Declining leaves manual reading and the metronome available. Daily use does not repeat the prompt. Stopping alone retains consent; withdrawal or an age-group change requires renewed confirmation. Only the current age group is saved, with no birth date or per-profile age. Update the choice when another person uses the app.
A guardian separately confirms diagnostic collection and export, protected by the local passcode. The passcode is not needed each time the child reads or calibrates. Collection, clearing, and export follow Privacy Policy section 4; feedback sent to the developer follows section 5. The passcode and recovery code protect local actions, not legal guardianship.
Guardians can stop eye control, withdraw consent, cancel collection, delete profiles, or request deletion of submitted data. Stopping, withdrawing, and submitting requests need no passcode. Manage exported copies in the relevant services. See Privacy Policy section 6 for response times and contact details. One consent does not permit using children’s information for other purposes.
